Last Updated: September 5, 2026

Welcome to Mos Creators. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, purchasing a service, or engaging us for a project, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or purchasing our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Our Services

Mos Creators provides professional digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Website design and development
  • WordPress and Elementor development
  • eCommerce website development
  • Website redesign
  • Website maintenance and management
  • Search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Logo and branding design
  • Custom website functionality
  • Website migration and customization
  • Other digital design and development services

The exact services provided will depend on the package, quotation, proposal, or project agreement accepted by the client.

2. Project Scope

Before starting a project, the scope of work, deliverables, estimated timeline, pricing, and other relevant requirements will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.

Any work or functionality that is not included in the agreed scope may be considered additional work and may require an additional fee.

Changes to the original project scope may also affect the estimated completion date.

3. Client Responsibilities

To complete a project efficiently, the client agrees to provide all necessary information and materials, including where applicable:

  • Website content and copy
  • Images, videos, and other media
  • Logos and brand assets
  • Business information
  • Hosting and domain access
  • WordPress or other platform login credentials
  • Third-party account access
  • Feedback and approvals

The client is responsible for ensuring that any content, images, trademarks, documents, or other materials provided to Mos Creators are legally authorized for use.

Mos Creators is not responsible for copyright or intellectual-property violations resulting from materials supplied by the client.

4. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard payment structure is:

  • 50% deposit is required before work begins.
  • The remaining 50% is due when the project reaches approximately 80% completion and is ready for final review.

Payment schedules may differ for certain projects, packages, or ongoing services if agreed upon in writing.

Work may be paused if an outstanding payment is overdue.

The final website, files, credentials, or other deliverables may not be transferred or released until all outstanding payments have been received.

5. Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included in a project depends on the selected package or agreed scope.

Reasonable revisions related to the original project requirements will be completed within the agreed scope.

Requests that involve substantial changes, new pages, new functionality, a completely different design direction, or work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Repeated delays in providing feedback may also affect the project timeline.

6. Project Timeline

We will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the estimated timeframe communicated during the consultation or project agreement.

Project timelines may change because of:

  • Delayed client feedback
  • Delayed content or materials
  • Changes to project requirements
  • Additional revision requests
  • Third-party service issues
  • Hosting or domain-related problems
  • Technical complications
  • Unforeseen circumstances

A project deadline is therefore an estimate unless a specific guaranteed delivery date has been agreed upon in writing.

7. Website Content and Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and reviewing all website content before final approval.

Mos Creators may assist with content creation, editing, formatting, or uploading when included in the selected service.

However, the client remains responsible for ensuring that the final information published on their website is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for their business.

8. Third-Party Services

Some projects may require third-party products or services, including:

  • WordPress plugins
  • Themes
  • Hosting providers
  • Domain registrars
  • Payment gateways
  • Email services
  • Analytics platforms
  • SEO tools
  • APIs
  • Other third-party software or services

Third-party services may have their own pricing, terms, limitations, policies, updates, or availability.

Mos Creators is not responsible for service interruptions, pricing changes, discontinued features, compatibility problems, security issues, or downtime caused by third-party providers.

Any third-party subscription or renewal fees are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

9. Website Hosting and Domain

When domain registration or hosting is included in a package, the exact terms and duration will be specified in the relevant package or project agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for future domain renewals, hosting renewals, premium plugin licenses, software subscriptions, and other recurring third-party costs.

Mos Creators cannot guarantee uninterrupted hosting or domain availability because these services are provided by third-party companies.

10. Website Maintenance

Website maintenance services are provided only when included in a selected maintenance package or separate maintenance agreement.

Maintenance may include tasks such as:

  • WordPress updates
  • Theme and plugin updates
  • Website backups
  • Security monitoring
  • Bug fixes
  • Content updates
  • Performance optimization

The exact services and limitations depend on the maintenance plan purchased.

Maintenance does not guarantee that a website will never experience security vulnerabilities, downtime, compatibility issues, or technical problems.

11. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Once all outstanding project payments have been paid in full, the client will receive ownership rights to the final custom website design and deliverables that were specifically created for the project, subject to any third-party licensing restrictions.

Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock images, software, frameworks, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses and cannot necessarily be transferred as exclusive intellectual property.

Mos Creators retains the right to use its own development methods, reusable code, tools, processes, and general know-how.

12. Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Mos Creators may display completed projects in its portfolio, website, social media, case studies, or marketing materials for the purpose of demonstrating our work.

If you require your project to remain confidential or not be publicly displayed, please notify us before the project is completed.

13. Website Launch and Approval

Before final delivery or launch, the client is responsible for reviewing the website and notifying us of any issues that fall within the agreed project scope.

Once the client approves the final website or the website is launched, additional changes may be treated as maintenance or additional work depending on their nature.

14. SEO Disclaimer

Where SEO services or SEO-friendly development are included, Mos Creators will apply appropriate SEO practices based on the agreed scope.

However, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific Google rankings
  • A particular position in search results
  • A specific amount of organic traffic
  • A specific number of leads or sales

Search engine rankings and visibility depend on numerous factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, industry, website history, and ongoing SEO activities.

15. Performance and Security

We make reasonable efforts to build websites that are responsive, optimized, and secure according to the agreed project scope.

However, website performance and security can be affected by hosting providers, third-party plugins, software updates, server configuration, client modifications, and other factors outside our control.

Clients are responsible for maintaining secure access to their hosting, domain, email, and website accounts.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mos Creators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of business
  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of customers
  • Loss of data
  • Search engine ranking changes
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Hosting downtime
  • Security incidents caused by third parties or client actions

Our responsibility is limited to the services specifically agreed upon and paid for by the client.

17. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may request cancellation of a project or service by providing written notice.

If a project is cancelled after work has started:

  • Payments for completed work remain due.
  • Work already performed may not be refundable.
  • Third-party purchases or subscription costs may not be refundable.
  • Any completed deliverables may remain subject to payment before release.

If both parties agree to different cancellation or refund terms in writing, those terms will apply.

18. Refunds

Because our services involve time, planning, research, design, development, and other professional work, refunds are handled according to the applicable Return and Refund Policy.

Where a separate written agreement contains specific refund terms, those terms will take precedence for that project.

19. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an error regarding a payment, please contact Mos Creators first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.

Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services and may be subject to further action where appropriate.

20. Website Use

You agree not to use the Mos Creators website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or interfere with the website or its services.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, servers, systems, or accounts.

21. Website Information and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date.

However, service descriptions, pricing, availability, features, packages, and other information may change without prior notice.

Website content should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular service, feature, or package will always be available.

22. Changes to These Terms

Mos Creators reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of our website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

23. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed upon in writing between the parties.
